How low does a person’s IQ need to be to be hired by @ATT ? even the repairman who was just here needlessly said he can’t believe how stupid they are. 5 hours. More than 10 uncaring representatives. $2000 in lost business. That’s just today

Fun Fact: did you know @ATT will let a stranger add $3,000 worth of devices to your bill then hold you hostage for the amount? And no employees are willing to help! Some magical “fraud department” that not even their people can get ahold of are working on it.

@ATT Also your team is so rude that they wont accept the simple math when I am solving their problem for them. Just learned one word and keep on repeating. Check your recording for 19th Feb. They kept me on call for 2 hours and then just put me on hold without word for an hour.
