@CoxHelp @CoxComm Loyal Cox Internet customer for over 10+ years. Internet has been down for over 24hours now. Talked to support team and been told it will cost $75 to have fixed. Talk about a joke pay $100 a month and they can’t hold up there end of the deal.

@CoxHelp I understand the situation. The whole point of me having a prepaid service, is to avoid the current situation in the first place. I chose it over traditional service, for that reason, because my income is not indispensable.

Turn on TV boxes on in bedrooms, they still cutoff. I suppose I’ll still get the full bill charged. Should have just changed providers, I’m stupid. @CoxComm

@CoxHelp I tried to start up the service without enrolling in easypay, but it was not allowed. Then I couldn't tell my exact next bill date when the payment would come out. Then when I made the payment I wasn't notified of extra fee, or it would have been paid for.

@CoxHelp and extension cord for my problems, although he didnt try removing it from the UPS & extension cord. I'll not waste anymore time or energy on Cox. I called at least 15 times & half of those calls got dropped. It's become a trust issue
