I swear, @CoxHelp and Razorback football are gonna send me into an early grave. This is the 4th blackout I’ve had with Cox Cable in the last 2 weeks. And then they want me to pay $10 as insurance to have a tech come out so I won’t be charged $75.

Sure do love my @CoxComm internet where I pay for 150 MBPS and I get 8 regardless of device location in my house. 1/10 would recommend to no one. 1 for being the only provider. Apparently you can do whatever when you have a monopoly on service. My bad.

@CoxHelp and extension cord for my problems, although he didnt try removing it from the UPS & extension cord. I'll not waste anymore time or energy on Cox. I called at least 15 times & half of those calls got dropped. It's become a trust issue
